2. Products & Livestock Disclaimer
We specialise in the sale of live marine coral livestock.
As living organisms, coral frags and colonies may vary slightly in shape, size, and colour from the photographs shown on the Website. We make every effort to represent our corals accurately, but lighting conditions, camera settings, and individual aquarium environments may affect appearance.
All livestock is sold subject to availability.
We reserve the right to substitute equivalent products, delay dispatch, or cancel orders where livestock health or stock availability makes fulfilment impossible.
3. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or cancel any order;
- limit quantities purchased;
- request additional payment verification;
- delay shipment if payment or customer information cannot be verified.
An order confirmation email does not constitute legal acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs only when your order has been processed and dispatched.

All prices shown on our Website are listed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

We offer the following payment options:
Instant Bank Payment (Recommended)
We highly recommend using Instant Bank Payment (Fena) at checkout. This is the most secure and modern payment option for livestock purchases.
You will be securely redirected to your own banking app or online banking platform to authorise payment.
Benefits include:
- Faster payment processing
- No card details required
- Enhanced security for both customer and seller
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards for orders up to £150.
To reduce fraud risk and protect high-value livestock shipments, orders exceeding £150 (including multiple orders placed on the same day) must be completed using:
- Instant Bank Payment (Fena), or
- Direct Bank Transfer (BACS)
For qualifying orders, card payment options may be automatically disabled at checkout.
Card payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store or directly process full card details on our own servers.
Direct Bank Transfer (BACS)
We also accept Direct Bank Transfer (BACS).
Orders paid by bank transfer will be placed On Hold until cleared funds are received.
Please use your Order ID as your payment reference.
We reserve the right to delay shipment until payment has been fully confirmed.
Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any order if payment appears suspicious, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent.
By submitting payment information, you authorise us and our payment providers to process payment using your selected payment method.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship live coral livestock using specialised packaging and approved delivery services.
Shipping dates may be affected by:
- weather conditions;
- courier delays;
- livestock health assessments;
- public holidays.
We reserve the right to postpone shipment if weather or livestock condition makes shipping unsafe.
Risk transfers to the customer once the package is delivered.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel on the agreed delivery date.
7. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
We guarantee that livestock will arrive alive under normal shipping conditions.
To make a DOA claim, customers must:
- notify us within 2 hours of delivery;
- provide clear photographs of unopened bags and affected coral;
- follow any additional instructions requested.
Failure to report within the stated timeframe may invalidate the claim.
Refunds or store credit for approved DOA claims are granted at our discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of live coral livestock, returns are generally not accepted.
Order cancellations may be accepted only before shipment preparation begins.
Refunds for cancelled orders may be subject to payment processing fees.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have:
- appropriate aquarium conditions;
- suitable lighting and water parameters;
- proper acclimation procedures;
- knowledge of coral care.
We are not responsible for livestock loss caused by unsuitable aquarium conditions after delivery.
