At ACROKINGDOM, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we prioritize the health of your new corals. We offer an Arrive Alive Guarantee to ensure your peace of mind. This means that if your newly purchased coral does not arrive, fails to survive within 24 hours, is found to be carrying pests, or is damaged during shipping, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement with the same coral.
It’s important that all deliveries must be signed for on the first attempt, so please ensure someone is available to receive them, and the order is unpacked as soon as possible after arrival. Failure to be present to sign for your parcel on the first delivery attempt will void all claims. The 24-hour guarantee period starts from the initial delivery date and time. To process your claim, please take photos of the package and any damaged corals within 2 hours of arrival. Please note that photographs taken of the marine life not in water will not be accepted, as some marine life can look distorted or dead out of water. Send a non-blue photo of each item.
Do not discard the coral specimen and packaging without authorization from ACROKINGDOM, as doing so will void the guarantee. Similarly, do not ship the coral(s) back without consent from ACROKINGDOM, as it will also void the guarantee. We will make every effort to replace your coral with the same or a similar specimen. If the requested coral is unavailable, we will issue a store credit instead. In cases where the courier fails to deliver the package, we take full responsibility, and the 24-hour guarantee applies to the lost corals.
Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for livestock, we only offer store credit or replacements. Also, we do not cover any shipping costs for credited livestock. All decisions about replacements, credits, and the validity of DOA claims will be made solely by ACROKINGDOM. In the event of discounted coral purchases, replacements or credit will be provided based on the amount paid, rather than the item’s original price. We kindly request that you contact us via email before initiating any chargebacks, as unauthorized chargebacks will void the guarantee. To process your claim, please take photos of the package and any deceased corals within 2 hours of arrival.
We strongly recommend not removing the frag plug for 5 days and letting the coral acclimate first.
Do not discard or ship the specimen back without ACROKINGDOM authorization, as doing so will void the guarantee.
Do not refuse the shipment, if the box is leaking or appears damaged as this will void the guarantee.
We cannot take responsibility for the coral once it has entered your system.
Failure to be present to sign for your parcel on the first delivery attempt will void all claims.
We do not cover any shipping costs for credited livestock.
The guarantee applies to shipments only, not local pickup.
